Mr Lord has a proven record of achievement with over 36 years experience in business management. He was appointed as a Director and Chairman on 13 September 2002. Mr Lord is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Belgravia Group. Chairman of Australian Litigation Fund, Terrain Capital Limited and Melbourne Victory Limited. Director of Ausmelt Limited, Institute of Drug Technology Limited, KLM Group, The MAC Services Group, MaxiTrans Industries Limited, and Adelhill Limited. Mr Lord has a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a member of the ASSA and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Chartered Accountant, aged 48, joined UXC Limited in September 2002 and is also Finance Director. Was previously Executive Director/Company Secretary of DVT Holdings Limited from August 2001. Has also served as CFO/Company Secretary with Mase Westpac Australia Limited, Spectrum Network Systems (now PowerTel), and AIDC Metals Limited. Mr Hubbard is skilled and experienced in the establishment, implementation and management of financial controls, operational procedures, funding solutions and financial & strategic planning initiatives in high-growth companies. Mr Hubbard holds a degree of Bachelor of Science Business (Accounting) Cum Laude from the University of Colorado School of Business and Administration, and holds a Certified Public Accountant qualification from the USA. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ralph Pickering

Director, Mergers & Acquisitions & Investments

A microprocessor design engineer by training with a Bachelor of Engineering (electrical) and a Master of Engineering Science (computer science) from the University of NSW, Ralph Pickering has spent most of his career in business management, business development and mergers and acquisitions. As Chief Executive of the Projects Division of GEC Alsthom for 10 years, he was responsible for the major infrastructure and export projects and the creation of GEC Alsthom Australia’s Information Technology and Computer Control Systems businesses. Ralph Pickering was then appointed as the President of Cegelec Automation Inc in the USA within the Alcatel Group. In August 1997, Ralph Pickering was appointed Chief Executive Officer of TechComm Group Limited. Following the merger with MITS Limited in March 1998, he was appointed as Managing Director of Utility Services Corporation Limited. In 2000, he was appointed as the Director of Mergers, Acquisitions and IP Venture. In this role he has been responsible for the majority of the acquisitions that have formed the UXC group.

Cris Nicolli

CEO, Business Solutions Group

Mr Nicolli has a proven record of achievement in a career that has spanned over 20 years of leadership and management in the Information Technology and Communications Industry. Prior to entering the IT&C market, Mr Nicolli was involved in a number of finance and business roles in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Mr Nicolli joined UXC in June 2003 after being the Vice President of Nortel Networks Asia Pacific Global Professional Services were he was responsible for building the Australian and Asia services business especially within large Telecommunication providers. Prior to Nortel, Mr Nicolli enjoyed a successful career with Digital Equipment Corporation, which became part of Compaq Computers (now HP), and had executive roles in sales management, channel management, and services. In his role as Director of Compaq Asia Pacific Professional Services Mr Nicolli had responsibility for outsourcing, Systems Integration, Consulting and Network services. Mr Nicolli has a Bachelor of Management Studies and was a member of the NZ Society of Accountants.

Michael Waymark

Group Executive, Field Solutions Group

Michael Waymark has over 20 years experience across a wide range of industries including power transmission and distribution, water, defence, aviation and mining in major corporations such as Tenix, Siemens, ABB and Rio Tinto. Michael joined UXC in July 2007 from Tenix Alliance, where he held a number of General Management roles in growth, strategic development, operations and engineering. Prior to this, Michael headed up the Siemens Power Transmission and Distribution business in Australia and New Zealand. Michael’s strength is in growth, strategy and change, and he has spent the last ten years transforming businesses into positions of market leadership, with robust business processes for engineering, project and service delivery. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of WA.
